Bounce Energy has more Facebook “Likes” than any other energy company

Bounce Energy recently proudly announced it is the most liked energy company on Facebook with 50,000 followers.

Jumping on board with social media is one of the most effective things a company can do and Bounce Energy has embraced it by usin it as a tool to interact with customers, advertise deals and events and help with customer service. It has also helped in the recruiting process.

The Facebook page also provides a number of activities such as drawing contests, promo codes, sweepstakes and the opportunity to sign up with Bounce Energy as their new provider.

For example, if you take a look at the Facebook page, you might notice a conversation with a customer named Laura interacting with company. Laura said she was “ecstatic beyond words” with her energy bill and was checking up on the status of a company gift card. Bounce Energy responded quickly and told her the card was on its way.

Bounce Energy is also extremely active on Twitter, Google Plus and others.

From the looks of it, Bounce Energy has a number of happy customers, and it may or may not be the company for you. To find out, you can shop, and compare multiple energy companies and their rates before signing up with the best deal for your situation.

To begin, simply type your zip code into our compare box located on the comparison page and the home page, then choose a residential or commercial plan, and click the compare button. If you’re looking for a residential rate of longer than six months, we recommend you select a fixed rate instead of a variable rate. This will help your monthly bills be more consistent so you’ll know how much to expect to pay each month.

If you have any further questions, comments or concerns, please don’t hesitate to give us a call anytime at 1-800-971-4020 and one of our expert energy consultants will be more than happy to help you out with all of your electricity needs.
