Electricity in Rockville, MD

by Donny on February 10, 2011

Rockville’s population of about 62,000 makes it the sixth most populous city in Maryland.

It’s located in Montgomery County about 20 miles north of Washington D.C. and 38 miles southwest of Baltimore.

Some people claim that Native Americans settled in the Rockville’s current location as early as 8000 BC.

However, this belief can be debated up and down and regardless of which standpoint you take, it’s hard to argue that Rockville against Rockville having something for everybody.

Its location makes it convenient, near the Nation’s capital, and one of the most popular cities in the United States.

Another thing that makes it a great place to live is the fact that Maryland is a deregulated state, which means business owners in Rockville and throughout Maryland have the right and the ability to choose an energy provider for their commercial business.

It’s pointless to settle with a company based solely on location, and it doesn’t make any sense to jump from one energy provider’s website to another when you can shop, compare and choose the cheapest electricity rates and providers through us.

If you’re in the Rockville area, or another deregulated area and need some more information as to how to go about choosing a new energy plan, feel free to give us a call anytime at 1-800-971-4020 and one of our expert energy consultants will be more than happy to help you with all your electricity needs.
